I work out about 30 minutes a day using a routine that covers my whole body. In only a few weeks I noticed I have much more energy through the day and am more focused at work. I feel good about myself again. Smaller waist and hips and more strength in my upper body. I am really impressed by how easy it is to use the total gym and truthfully how much I look forward to exercising again!

My husband set it up in just a few minutes and I started on it right away. Weeks later I still work out on it 3 times a week and the results are great. Just what I wanted!(and its quiet too)

I use the pilates routine with the total gym. I had back surgery in April and I find this very helpful to stretch me out and make me feel stronger and more capable. It is, by far, the most relaxing work out I've ever had!

I use the product at least 3 times a week. I really feel like it's helping me to strenghen my upper body, which was my main goal. I DO have problems opening and closing it without getting bruises. I'd like to see some sort of contraption on which one could hang the pulley handles while setting it up and closing it up. They tangle quite easily.
