This machine is awesome!! I am 60 years of age and overweight. I wanted something to help me tone up, gain strength and flexibility and if I am lucky..lose some weight. We have had the Total Gym for 8 weeks now and let me tell you, it is incredible!!!! My husband and I enjoy working out and trying all the different excerises this machine allows. I have lost several inches off my arms, my legs, hips, waist and thighs. I have noticed that I have more energy, I feel better, and I do not dread exercising on the Total Gym like I have in the past with other programs. We love it!! I just wish I hadn't waited so long to purchse it.

I use this product a min. of 3 times a week for 40 to 50 minutes, along with diet I have lost 16 lbs in 5 weeks. Product is well made, quiet and easy to use. The only problem I have had is if you are not centered correctly on the board the wheels will leave the track.

I use my Total Gym at least 4 times a week for fitness and strength training. I found the descriptive poster and cards to be a great help in designing my workouts - especially the total body circuits. I can design my own workout to meet my own goals in the convenience of my own home at my own pace in my own time with complete flexibility on a daily basis to make whatever changes I want - what more could I ask for?

I use the product mostly for my upper body workouts and for my abdominal / lumbo-pelvic stabilization muscles. I love that it is easy to transition between exercises and that there are so many exercises and ways to vary the exercises. I wish additional weights were added to the package for when the highest level gets to be easy and you need more resistance.

For strengthing my back and neck. I just had surgery on my hands and it helps to make them stronger. It is easy to set up and move around, I am a cancer patient and it helps with stress and angry issues by working on Total Gym it helps to relieve the pain that I am in by stretching and pulling the muscles that need to be stretched.
