Good investment

Me and my 13 yr old son use the total gym for strenght training for golf. Easy to use and after just 6 weeks have seen improvment in distance. My 13 year old beat me for the first time and he thinks is is from his training on the total gym! Now our work outs are competitive.

I'm trying to get into a better routine using the total gym since I feel so much better after a workout. I keep it set up in and can hear it calling my name if I'm wishy-washy that day about exercising. It takes only a few minutes to have the heart pumping and feeling better, then I can't stop! Thanks for a versatile machine that is easy and enjoyable.

I use the machine 6 days a week following the Mens 6 to 8 minute workout. I have lost 5 pounds that I have wanted to lose. I have more definition in my arms, shoulders and abs than I had before. My posture has improved significantly. I would suggest this machine to any one who wants to exercise to help them become more healthy. I am happy of my choice to use this machine. It is up to me to continue using the machine to help be in the best physical condition I can be. Thank you Total Gym

Incredible piece of equipment

I and my wife both use the total gym. I thought we might try it, use it intermittently and then gradually stop using it. I started out three times per week, but found I wanted to use it more than that. I've lost weight and toned muscle fairly quickly. It has quickly become my favorite piece of exercise equipment I've ever owned. Thanks Total Gym!

This Total Gym completes my circut at home. I start on the eliptical, go to my bike, and strength train on the Total Gym. A great workout for the home.

I was fortunate most of my life to have a naturally good metabolism. I was never super skinny, but healthy with good muscle tone. This scenario has its downside, and that is, after the kids and the big 4-0, those things can begin to change, as they did with me. And the downside is that after a lifetime of never having to exercise, it's pretty hard to get in the habit of exercising. But, I realized I had to do something, or those pounds would continue to creep up on me. I tried a few things, but never stuck with them for some reason, maybe just the sheer boredom of performing painful movements over and over again! But my husband has back problems and said he wanted to get the Total Gym to help with his back. I bought it, and he has been using it and it helped him a lot. So one day I was watching the Total Gym commercial with Christie Brinkley, and she demonstrated a few of her favorite exercises, so since the machine was right there in the room, I gave them a try. And they weren't too bad! And then I started doing some more stuff--I just made up exercises that seemed to be working my abs and my arms really well. And the amazing thing is, I have stuck with it, and now I'm seeing and even feeling results. My arms, my abs, everything seems to be looking better. Maybe it's my imagination, but I don't think so. Thank you for providing a product that really works and I don't dread using. I would even venture to call it fun--imagine that from lazy old me!

Both my husband and I are on cholestrol meds and high blood pressure meds. Since we began using the Total Gym our B.P.'s have decreased to within normal ranges and our doctor tells us to "keep it up!!" Also, our cholesterol points have fallen significantly. And, I have not had any heart spams now in 2 months. We out work out daily and now we are noticing a "looseness" in our clothes and we have more energy to play with our 2 grand daughters! LOVE IT !!!!!!!
