Who knew working out could be this easy

Very easy to setup!!! After it was out of the box I was working out in 5 minutes, that includes me getting my iPod.

So far I use my total gym with my 16 year old son. He has an Aortic Stenosis and is not allowed to weight train. With the total gym I don't have to worry about him over doing it. When I am not working out with him, the video even states that you should not push the amount of weight or use to high of the level the gym is set on. Because of that I don't worry about him over doing it on the gym and pushing himself too hard. Although I have only taken off 3 lbs since I got this, I like the way you work your way up to where you should be.

Would buy again, worth every penny

My son is using this gym to strengthen weak areas. He is a pitcher for baseball and it has strengthened his shoulder and the muscles around the rotator cuff which has made him a stronger pitcher and protects his shoulder. He can tell a big difference in his pitches and so can his coaches and trainers. He is also using the gym for overall conditioning and the results are quickly becoming visible.

Cons: Hard To Set Up

I am 78 years old and work a full time job. I sit at a desk all day. Since I have had my totalgym I have more energy. I can move better and my brain is clearer. I love it!! The only piece of equipment you need

I use my total gym three to five times a week and I love it. I dont have much time to leave the house and go to the gym so having the total gym in my home office is perfect. I have already began losing more weight and become more active since purchasing the total gym. After I got the total gym in the mail I didn't have to do anything, it was already put together. I was very impressed by the number of exercises that could be performed on this one machine, and that you can virtually work every muscle in the body. A great machine with great and practical attachments available.
