I love exercising on my total gym, it is confortable and you can change positions for different exercises very easyly, the only thing that is not so good is the leg strenghting but for the upper body you can get a great workout, building muscles and burning fat.
Pros: Easy To Use, Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Comfortable, Sturdy

two comments: I was relieved when i opened the box to find BETTER than expected quality. second, the included written materials starting with "getting started with the total fitness system", and the video are so completly thought out I was using it that evening!!!. THANK YOU

Easier than I thought it would be

After losing 35 pounds,I wanted to strengthen and tone muscles that had not been used for a while. The Total Gym was the perfect machine to use. After only 6 weeks I have seen an increase in strength and I feel better.

The Total Gym is being used by myself, hubby, son, and his girlfriend. We are all enjoying the workouts. We have it set up in an extra room where we don't have to fold it up when finished. It is always ready. It is low impact for me, especially because of my knees and feet. I feel great and have lost 12 pounds so far. Hubby lost 5. Our son and his girlfriend just started about a week ago, and are both loving it,too. This is a product that speaks for itself. We will be using the total gym again and again.

Great Product, Works as Advertised

If possible, making it a litlle lighter would be great. I have no issue setting it up muself, but my wife sometimes feels a little uncomfortable setting it up, because of the weight and size. Mind you, I understand that it needs some weight to be sturdy and my wife is only 5'00" and 105 lbs., so this may be un-achievable. It's a great product and this is honextly the only improvement I can think of. --Ed
