Easy set up and mobility - having seriously looked into nautilus equip - Decided on total gym for its versatility. You can also build muscle gain additional strength and endurance with workout videos from EFI sports. GREAT STUFF LOST 14 lbs in 1 month. 20 more to go.

Second time around

I replaced a Total Gym 1000 that i owned for about 12 years. 9 month ago for health reasons I started an exercise routine and dusted off the old equipment and began to use it every other day. I have lost 62 pounds and 10 inches around my waist. my doctor has cut my medications in half and I feel more agile and healthier. I decided to buy the new equipment to increase the amount of exercises and intensity of my routine. for a second time money well spent.

The Long & Lean exercise routine is what I like the best so far. I follow this twice a week and then switch back and forth with the Upper Body work out & the Core workout. All of these workouts are included with the Total Gym. I have not lost alot of weight, but can see the results and & changes in my body within the last 7 weeks. The weight loss will come in time.

I was surprised at the workout this product gave me. I felt like I had actually been to the fitness center.

I love my total gym. I use it on average 5 times a week. I have had other exercise equipments before & didn't use it as much as I'm using my total gym now. I have been recommending it to anybody I know. Great Equipment!

I work shift work. The total gym made it a lot easier for me to workout. I don't have to wait at the gym to get on the weight machines. I feel better. I made the right decision in buying the total gym, I can't stay off it.

Each day I come home from work I go straight to shorts and a t-shirt and go through the men's 6-8 minute workout for the day. I've been very consistent for weeks now and I've noticed my strength increasing slightly and use of the machine becoming easier and more familiar. Kind of hoping to lose some weight and a few inches in the months ahead.
