COMPLETE PERFORMANCE

When I saw the commercials, I did not think that the Total Gym was that impressive. After getting it and using it, I was really surprised at the work out it gives. Total Gym is a great results driven machine and grateful for getting it. I have dropped 15 pounds in the first six weeks and now heading for the next 40 pounds to drain away. Thank you Total Gym.

Follow the cards and you get a great workout. Switchs postions so easy from one exercise to the next makes doing whole workout flow. The foot rest would be better for squats if it was square so you could have better foot position. Should mention the size of room needed for total gym. took up more space then i thought it would.

LOVE IT

I have CFIDS and Fibromyalgia. In the past, I have tried to exercise but it made me too tired the next day. My muscles were sore, even when I started out slow. With the Total Gym, I don't have that problem. I think it is because it stretches you out while you are strengthening. The unit was easy to set up, is easy to use and I like how it takes up very little room to store. Because of its easy storage, it is easily accessible so I can use it daily. Other units take up so much room, are not easy to move and I haven't wanted to use them daily. Also, this unit replaces going to a gym. I can use the Total Gym whenever I want in the comfort of my own home. I don't have to worry about how I look, forcing myself to drive to the gym in the dead of winter, waiting to use machines because of crowds and the hour restrictions of when the gym is open or closed. I am really happy that I purchased the Total Gym. My only negative comment is that I think it is way over priced.

Trying to tone

I have been using the machine for about 6 weeks now on average of 3-5 days a week. I have noticed I am stronger since first starting, have toned but I am disappointed I have not lost any weight as of yet.

We were able to set up our total gym in 10 minutes and started to use it right away. The videos that were included were most helpful. I love the total gym because I don't have to go to a gym and spend time there or on the road, I can exercise anytime I wish at home and for any amount of time. The exercises are easy enough that you can do it at any comfortable level as you build your strength up. It is great cardio also. I was reluctant at first and thought it was too good to be true. And guess what it is and worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a total gym, you won't regret it.
