I use this product almost every day. The great thing is I can workout in the comfort of my basement along with the accompanying CD. Not so great things are I don't have a point of contact for questions I might have about the maintance of the equipment.

Great Exercise Equipment

This is a great product. My wife and I were so excited when it came that we pulled it straight out of the box in the entryway of our house and threw the DVD in to watch more about it. Since then, it has gotten a lot of use around our house - we love it! We are already starting to see results and enjoy using the machine.

i expected the product to be easier to set up and it is not that easy, when the gym is open, it takes up a lot of space and we need to put it up daily, my kids dont use it for that reason either, that it is quite cumbersome and heavy for them to set it up. On the positive side, the workouts are intense. We did not find any particular part of the literature or the exercise chart that dealt specifically with weight reduction and cardiovascular workouts.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Sturdy, Comfortable
Cons: Hard To Set Up, Bulky

I have mild arthritis in both shoulders, Tried the total gym in my physical therapists office and it worked wonders. Got a great deal from you guys and have been using it ever since. Shoulders are feeling much better. It's the stretching exercises that help the most.

As a skin cancer survivor I use my Total Gym to keep my body in the best shape possible as well as eat healthy and take my daily supplements. Set-up was a breeze and the instructional DVD's were very helpful. I use the Total Gym three times per week on average, excercising aproximately 60 minutes per session. I've only been using the Total Gym for about two months but I've lost 10 pounds and toned up really well during this time. It's been a real blessing to use the Total Gym. I hope to use it many more years to come.

trying to build muscle and lose weight. using everyday, still using the start up 20 minute work out program. easy to use, alternative ways to modify each exercise is great. A little heavy to shut and store, does not fit under standard bed. Not easy to roll on carpet. the greatest part i am not sore after using it even for the first time.

Cons: Heavier then expected, Bigger then expected, Does not fit under bed

Great little workout station. I love it so far owned it for about 6 months. Great for people who don't have allot of space and time. Easy yo fold up and store.
