I am a disabled veteran with severe degenerative disc disease in my L3-L5 area. I have found it quite difficult to find a work-out machine that allows me to get a positive work-out without hurting my back. The Total Gym enables me to exercise in a lying down position, which takes pressure off my lower back. It gives an effective work-out without making you feel like you've done too much. I recommend this product to any one who has certain physical disabilities. It's easy to use and it's actually quite addictive once you start.

The total gym is a great machine for the entire family. Both of my daughters, who are dancers, and myself can get a great workout in a short amount of time and we can all customize our routines with lots of different exercises.

I use the Total Gym Daily and have combined 2 to 3 of the 8 minute workouts daily to increase the heart rate and stimulate the weight loss. This is a great product and I recommend it to everyone.

Ive got back on a weekly exercise program thats easy and fun. Great low impact machine Its help me recover from a shoulder injury that stoped me from working out I havent found one thing that i dislike very great machine i wish i had bought one years ago

From virus to virile

I purchased the Total Gym because of heart surgery and a stint. I had lost some strength in my legs and arms. The Total Gym as remedied that problem. I have enjoyed working out with it! I would reccommend this equipment for anyone who wants to get back in shape!!!!
