this is an excellent cross trainer for me in strengthening muscles. I ride trials motorcycles and participate in downhill ski racing too.

I'm 58 and out of shape. This is my 11th week with the Total Gym. It is a great product...easy to use...only takes minutes...It glides nicely...I see results.

Great quick workout!

Provides a very convenient workout and has wonderful routines, so I don't have to figure out my own routine. And, since it's a one-time purchase, I don't have to worry about monthly athletic club fees or travel time to and from the gym. Since I don't have somewhere to easily store the machine, I leave it set up and it takes up a majority of floor space in that room.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Sturdy, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Quiet Operation, Strengthens
Cons: Has a big footprint

This machine is without a doubt the best piece of exercise equipment I own. I have a ski machine, weight machine, stepper, and ellliptical collecting dust. I use the XLS twice a day, almost addicting, and love it so much I bought one for my daughter. She loves it as much as I do and my grandchildren use it. I think this is the best fitness machine ever. I watched the commercials for years and finally decided to try it. The best purchase of exercise equipment ever. Thanks Total Gym!!!

I love the way it stretches you at the same time it tones you. Always hated free weights, but being over 50 needed strength training excercises and this fits the bill. Talk to people about it all the time about how much fun it is. I actually look forward to working out on it. My husband will come in and ask me when am I getting off of it. Best exercise equipment I have ever used.

I use the total gym to stay strong, toned and healthy. It is very easy to set up & use. The intensity levels are great because I have to decrease the intensity on some areas due to past injuries. There is nothing I don't like about it & I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a great piece of equipment!
