I love this home gym.

I love how easy it is to transisiton from one exercise to another. Plus it takes up such little space when not in use. Even my husband has started using it.

What a Great Challenge!

Use on a regular basis after work before dinner. Great for comfortable repetitions and toning. My husband and I use different levels and I can quickly change levels myself. My biggest challenge is that I'm short so I have a hard time reaching the handles on the pulls when flat on my back. Otherwise, this is great!

My lower and upper back has improved. Also, clothes are fitting better. I do low impact aerobics; however, the gym gives me a better over all workout. Feel engerized after use. A bit heavier than I thought.

Cons: Bulky
