I love the total gym because its easy to use, the videos help me correct my form and I feel so much stronger!
Pros: Strengthens, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Sturdy
Cons: Bulky

Middle aged motivation-not bad after all

Years of physically working kept me fit to my satisfaction. A few months after a promotion to management, desk work began to show on me. Not used to working out, I got into the Total Gym and loved it. It helped me feel good again, turned white collar 'waste' back into blue collar 'bulk'.
Pros: Not intimidating, Quiet Operation, Easy To Use, Sturdy, Comfortable

After having 8 children this has been a great product to use to start getting back into shape. I also use the machine instead of a rocking chair to put my baby to sleep, where else can you firm your legs and put a baby to sleep at the same time. Kim

AM STILL ON 60 DAY TRIAL, UNIT IS TOO SHORT FOR A 6 FOOT 4 INCH GUY. COST IS IN EXCESS OF ACTUAL VALUE OF THE MACHINE. HOWEVER, THE PROGRAMS AND PRESENTATION ARE WELL THOUGHT OUT. KRISTI AND CHUCK ARE GREAT IN THE INFOMERCIAL.

I have been use the total gym for two month. The time and ease of use is incredible. I can see noticable differences in my body stucture. I'm not were I want to be yet but for the time that I am actuall dedicating to this workout it is making a difference. Thanks Total Gym!

Easiest exercise routine to maintain

We are enjoying this product immensely. I've worked out off and on for over 40 years, but have never been able to keep an exercise regime going for any extended period of time, they just became too boring or monotonous. We actually look forward to using this almost every night. We can change our routine to fit our mood and still feel like we've accomplished something. HOWEVER, we are disappointed with the cost of our model compared to the latest edition of the product which seems to include everything we received plus additional accessories.
