awesome piece of exercise equipment. really works, helpful dvds and tons of add-ons. a little too heavy to be setting up every time you want to exercise.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy Storage, Sturdy, Strengthens, Quiet Operation, Easy To Use
Cons: Heavy, Pulls hair if not careful

I love exercises you have set up on it. I think it is the best exercise machine on the market. Since i have used it, my joints feels better and i just feel better. I have lost 42 pounds and a couple of inches since march. I have had the machine since july and i attribute this to the inches lost and around 20 pounds lost.

Love the fact that this machine is so easy to use and operate. I've gone to gym for years and this machine does the work of all the ones I used. I can do my workout in a shorter time with less effort and more effectiveness.

Love the Total Gym!

I previously used a machine that took me through a full range of motion and provided strength and conditioning in just four minutes. My gym closed so I purchased the Total Gym, recommended by my old machine's designer as a somewhat comparable replacement, with the exception of the cardio workout. I have been extremely pleased with the Total Gym. My legs are continuing to get slimmer and shaplier, and I'm getting "Michelle Obama's arms!" I am also maintaining the flexibility I had gained on the old equipment. I do wish there was a cardio element. Otherwise, Total Gym is perfect!
