I have had both knees replaced and then was hit by a truck while walking so my range of motion was lost. At rehad they had a total gym that was the only thing that seemed to help so I got one for my house so I could use it every day instead of 3 days a week. If I wear this one out I will buy another.
Pros: Sturdy, Comfortable, Best buy I've ever made, Strengthens
Cons: no cons at all

Due to non-equipment injuries, we have used the total gym only a short time but plan to start using it frequently in the near future with doctor's approval. Will evaluate it more later.

Great Work-Out Machine!

I am really enjoying the new gym. I especially like that you can work so many different parts of your body with the one machine and it is very easy to switch around the various accessories. I am very happy that I can do it right in my own home and don't have to travel to a gym. I also like that I can do it whenever I feel like it and am not tied down to a schedule, like if you were a member at a gym. It's really great!
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Takes up a lot of space

The Total Gym is deceptive and the adds on TV can't communicate what it does. I have been lifting weights since highschool and I have owned other pieces of equipment. But I was NOT prepared for how much of a workout I was going to get just using my own body weight on the Total Gym! It works FAST. It works you as hard as you want. And don't be put off by celebrity endorsers. They're telling you the TRUTH! Total Gym is a Totally Real device! Lose weight? Tone your body? Even build muscle? The total gym does all of that including cardio! And no one PAID me to say this!

The Total Gym has been the best fitness investment I have ever made. I use the total gym daily for about 20 minutes a day. I've had great results! I've lost a total of 11 lbs in three weeks and I look forward to reaching my goal. As I lose weight I am toning my body at the same time and I am starting to love the way I look and feel! The workouts are great and simple to do. It offers several workout options for you and even your children. I love the fact that it's easy to use and store. I find myself WANTING to use it. I am amazed at what the Total Gym has done for me, and the results it has given me! It's really worth the purchase. All my friends and family have tried my Total Gym and they love the fact that everything they need is all on one machine. Thank you Total Gym for such a great product. And for those who are not sure about the Total Gym, IT REALLY DOES WORK!!!!!!!!

I use this product to shape up and tone. I love it!!! I can really tell a difference in the way I feel and look in clothes..Others have commented and asked what "kind" of exercise was I doing. It is easy and saves so much time... It is challenging: there are several exercises that I have not been able to go up a level yet and I have been exercising faithfully 3-4 times a week since June 15, 2009! The only thing I wish that it had was wheels,to roll it from room to room.. that would make it easier to move , for those who don't have a room that they can keep it "set up" all the time.
