I'm loving my Total Gym

The first week that I used my total gym, I gained a pound, which is expected. The second week I lost 2 pounds, my goal is 23 pounds off. I keep it set up in the master bedroom and am using it 5 mornings a week. I like the 6-8 minute woman's workout routine, it gives me a variety so I'm not bored, and I feel like I am getting somewhere. I took a "before" picture and when the 23 pounds are gone - I'll take an "after" picture. So far, I love it.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Strengthens, Easy Storage, Sturdy, Easy To Use, Quiet Operation

Finally, something works!

I feel like I've tried lots of different things to build muscle strength and help with weight loss. I think I was an occasional exerciser, but now I'm moving to frequent exerciser. The biggest reason why is my Total Gym. I'm starting to see muscle definition in my arms, legs and core. My clothes fit better. It's a great way to dump all the stress at the end of my work day. I don't see a huge difference yet on the scale, 10lbs. so far, but now it's not just totally about the numbers on the scale... it's how I feel.

Chuck, I'm a Pastor and Author and Bible teacher. I find your gym to be the answer to my hours at the desk. I have written a book called the Mysteries of Our Times which I would be happy to send to you free of charge. My brother Dean lives in Almanor in California and has seen you on various occassions. He lives at Timberlake Road in Almanor. Once again the Total Gyn is all that I hoped it would be and I admire everything that you have accomplished. The gum is so easy to use and it stores in such a small area. I'm totally satisfied with the gym and I would not change a thing about it. We use it 5 days a week. We miss it so much when we are at our second home on weekends, etc. that we purchased another Total Gym for there.

My joints love this machine!!!

What I love about this product is that it does not cause pain to my joints. I have knee and foot pain but the Total Gym does not hurt to use. I actually feel more limber and can move more easily than before.

I replaced 3 other machines with the Total Gym and I am COMPLETELY satisfied. A friend of mine uses a Total Gym and swears by it and now so do I. Plus it doesn't take up near as much room as the other machines I replaced. THANK YOU...

Great Product

I use the Total Gym at least once a day but most days I use it twice. I use it mainly to build my upper body strength. I have begun increasing my reps from 50 to 100 for each exercise that I do and I really feel and see a difference.The great thing about TGXLS is that it is easy to set up and put away when I need to. Also I can do a ton of exercises for upper body strengthening. There are also a host of other exercises I do on it. For example, I really like using the toe bar to do aerobic exercises. I also like using the wing attachment for chin ups. It is also a fun exercise tool. I don't mind using it. My only complaint is that I have been using the TGXLS for almost two months and just recently it has begun to make a slight creeking noise when I exercise with it. [...] I am not too concerned.
