The Total Gym XLS provides a solid work out every time. I've owned a Total Gym XLS since the 90's; I gave my brother my original Total Gym XLS and purchased another one. I use it year-round especially during the winter months. I've added weights to my Total Gym to maximize my workout. The Total Gym provides a total body workout and I totally recommend it to anyone who seeks a home gym. If you buy it commit to work it and the results will evident.
