My Multiple Sclerosis is personal, but I want anyone who reads this to know that the total gym is helping me regain some strength, and lose a little weight in the process. I want to make my legs and core stronger to give me an advantage over my M.S. I'm so glad I bought this and I work out about 4-5 days a week. I've had it for about 2 months, and love it! And it's at home...nice. Just know that even with a disability, the total gym can be very beneficial. My son even likes to work out on it.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, So convenient to own this, Easy To Use, Very versitile, Easy Storage, Quiet Operation, Strengthens, Sturdy

I love this machine!!When ever I walk by it I want to stop and work out. I have noticed my body changing right before my eyes. My husband loves it too.

I am 68 and am useing product to get my strength back, I have used machnie for qpprox 3mo every other day useing the starter circuit, I started at level 2 and have moved to 3. The system works great! One change I would like is to design in the pull up push up bars.

I am a police officer and fitness is essential for my safety as well as the people I am sworn to protect. I am 50 years old and have experienced some significant injuries, including three knee and two back surgeries. Total Gym is the only tool I can use to stay in shape and work all major body parts. I use this at night when I just have nothing to do... and what better thing to do then to get a GREAT workout. I love to workout at night as it gives me more energy and I am able to go to sleep later on that night as I have used up all my extra energy. I will ether pop in the DVD and workout to it or I will put on a CD and have a workout that I chose to do myself. Love it Love it LOVE IT!!!

Building upper body strength!

At age 61, I am concerned about getting weaker as I age and definitely don't want that. Although I need to lose weight, my primary goal with this machine is to strengthen my body at this point. This machine is accomplishing that and quickly. I have very tall hedges around our pool. The last time I trimmed them, I was left with severe middle back pain from holding the trimmer in an awkward position. Just trimmed again yesterday, and after using the Total Gym for about 6 weeks now, I have no pain whatsoever after trimming the hedges. That was the real proof for me that this machine works! I use it 5 times per week and will be using it for the rest of my life. Thanks for a great quality and effective product!

What a great way to build muscle

I use the Total Gym to regain muscle mass that I lost from an autoimmune disease called Cushings. Going to a regular gym was okay, but it was hard to make a habit and somewhat dangerous for "starting over". The Total Gym has become part of my weekly routine that is easy to follow and extremely benificial for rehabing my muscles back into shape. I have even found my abs again. What a great machine.
