Totally Unbelieveable Piece of Equipment

I debated whether to purchase the Total Gym. I'm thrilled that I did. I'm 56 and it is the best exercise that I have ever done. I have paid thousands for trainers at Fitness Centers and the one piece of equipment is better than anything that I have ever done. Worth every penny that I spent.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Comfortable, Quiet Operation, Awesome easy to use fas, Strengthens

Somethings aren't too good to be true

I like the exercise programs that come with it, but I also like that I can pick a couple of exercises I like and just do them if I don't have time for a full workout or if I'm injured and I can't do all the exercises. It's so easy to set up and use that you don't mind getting it out for just a few exercises.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage, Sturdy, Fun, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Strengthens

I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE A TOTAL GYM, AGAIN! ALREADY, PEOPLE ARE ASKING ME DO I WORK OUT, OR WHAT FITNESS CENTER DO I ATTEND, AND I JUST SAY, "I WORK OUT AT HOME WITH MY "TOTAL GYM". I enjoy the freedom to workout when I choose and not have to schedule time before or after work to be at the gym to rush an hour work out. I can get up before work do my workout routine shower all in the privacy of my home and still get to work and feel great. I can do this without taking time away from my family.

Great for apartment living: takes little floor space, and quiet enough not to bother the downstairs neighbors. Easy to hop on and do an occassional light work out at any time of day or night. Would like to see specific exercies cards; not just "arms" or "legs", but specific muscles being targeted in the arms, legs, back, etc.
