I debated whether to purchase the Total Gym. I'm thrilled that I did. I'm 56 and it is the best exercise that I have ever done. I have paid thousands for trainers at Fitness Centers and the one piece of equipment is better than anything that I have ever done. Worth every penny that I spent.

Somethings aren't too good to be true

I like the exercise programs that come with it, but I also like that I can pick a couple of exercises I like and just do them if I don't have time for a full workout or if I'm injured and I can't do all the exercises. It's so easy to set up and use that you don't mind getting it out for just a few exercises.

I enjoy the freedom to workout when I choose and not have to schedule time before or after work to be at the gym to rush an hour work out. I can get up before work do my workout routine shower all in the privacy of my home and still get to work and feel great. I can do this without taking time away from my family.
