The Total Gym is easy to assemble and use. I really like the versatility and being able to work out at home when ever I want. The only problem I found with this product is on the wing attachment, the glue has come undone where the pins go for the wing attachment!
Pros: Easy To Use, Sturdy, Easy Storage, Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Comfortable, Quiet Operation
Cons: The Wing Attachment, Handle comes unglued

LOVE IT.. I get a Total Body Workout in minutes.. It works your Whole Body like they say!!! I looked at the Total Gym for Years. I thought no way this works like they say,well boy was I wrong. I let my gym membership go because I stopped going. I am a Registered Nurse I work nites so I am awake at odd hours. My Total Gym is their ready to go anytime I need it . I have lost close to 70 lbs now total over the last year and a half. The last 20 have been a breeze. I wish I had gotten the Total Gym sooner it would of made it alot easier..

Love the Total Gym

I was previously doing body weight exercises and isometrics for my strength training regimen. After using the Total Gym for 3 months my strength has gone way up (and I'm 54 years old!). My shirts are tighter through the chest and shoulders and my overall conditionig has increased. Thank you!
