Love My Total Gym

Product is everything that Total Gym advertises. My 12 year old son had it out of the box up and running in no time. Attachments change easily and are not a problem. The included workouts are great and arranged in such a way that you do not have to constantly change attachments. I bought a refurbished Total Gym XLS and it was like it had never been used. Saved me many $$$$$!

Total Gym Does It All

I am very happy with the Total Gym. I have noticed a distinct difference in my body shape and physique since starting about 5 weeks ago. I have toned my body and have much more energy and stamina.
Pros: Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Quiet Operation
Cons: Storage can be a problem

The Total Gym Is set up in my living room (does not take up very little space) I am 69 yrs young and this is so easy to stick to the time is so short And I feel so good after wards.I have tried every thing on the market. BUT NOW BOY THIS IS SO MUCH FUN I HAVENT FELT THIS GOOD IN 50YRS. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I like it because you can go from one exercise to another quickly. Once I established a routine that I liked, I can do a total body work out in about 30 minutes.

Great product Could use better adhesive or redesign the pull up bar/foot holder section where pins slip in between two holes on each side
