The BEST investment I have ever made!

I use total gym most everyday, except when I have to keep other appointments. Always try to squeeze 15 to 20 minutes daily. LOVE this machine!!

I am 58 years old and had given up on any kind of exercise program because of my knees, arthritis and a damaged rotary cuff. I noticed a big improvement right away. I've only lost 10 pounds, but I've lost so many inches! I have more energy, I can work on our farm without muscle fatigue, and my endurance level puts my 22 year old daughter to shame!

I use this all the time and find that it works so effectively I can find something to do while still keeping the muscles "shocked" on a regular basis. I do wish I could pull the cables to me in a less strenuous way to begin certain exercises.

I use my gym 6 days a week, it's a little addictive!Even if I think I'm too tired, I can't help but getting on it and getting a GREAT workout!My only complaint is that it's NOT that easy to fold up and store, I have a bad back, and moving it would aggravate my back. I have mine set up permanantly, and that's the way to go!

I do admit that I have not reviewed all of the exercises to find something better, but I find using the Total Gym for Chest Flys and Chest Press is uncomfortable. I need to review the data and discs for other options. And, in defense of the Gym, my chest is definitely my weak-link. My arms and back has show quick and great response.
