Its a great machine

I use the gym at least 4 days per week; I found the videos and excercise cards very helpful and easy to follow and was doing my own thing in no time. It is easy to set up and move from exercise to excercise... however it does not store as easy as it looks on TV by any means. It doesn't just slide -- I have to walk it over to the wall where it stands permanently in our living room. No big deal though.. we love it.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Quiet Operation, Sturdy, Strengthens
Cons: It is not easy to store

Great piece for an overall workout

It allows me to go to work and then come home and spend time with my kids without going to the gym and after they are in bed I can get my exercise in. Thanks

I really like the total body effect that the total gym delivers...Its like doing jumping jacks and thats feel good.

Good for Rehab.

I had a dirt bike accedent back in March of this year and have had 3 surgries since. When I was able to start my PT they had a different kind of Total Gym but I used mine as well and my right knee has improved better than expected. As soon as I can I will start using my TJ for what I want and that would be to get in shape and build up my mussle. So in a couple of words Thank You for your product has helped me.

I Absolutely Love It

I purchased my Total Gym shortly after I had broken my leg during a Martial arts Belt Testing. The ease of use has allowed me to maintain my fitness level while my leg heals. I also was reaching 40 and wasn't in the shape I wanted to be. I haven't seen a lot of weight loss yet, but I am still recovering from my injury. I HAVE been able to maintain my stamina and work on my flexibility at a level I don't think I could have without the Total Gym. I am realy looking forward to complete healing of my leg which will allow me to really hit it hard!

Ideal piece of home gym equipment

This piece of equipment was recommended to me by a personal trainer, she recommended it as the piece of home gym equipment that is worth purchasing! I use the total gym almost everyday and I am completely satisfied with it!

Convenience! Without the gym it would take me double the time to get a comaparable workout, as most gyms and exercise centers are some distance from my home. Like the short time it takes to exercise nearly every muscle in my body.
