unbelievable equipment

I can not wait to use the xls. I use it 6 days a week and can complete in less than 30 minutes a routine that took 90 minutes in the gym.

Great workouts, Had major back surgery in Dec '08 and this is helping my get in shape and gain strength. The Pilates Ankle Straps are frayed where you insert the "O" rings.

It doesn't fit under our bed; but perhaps that's a good thing..because it is always there and visible and reminds us to use it! It company comes and sees it, then they are curious and hop on it and try it.

I just recently start using my total gym. I use the total almost everyday. I like this machine because i can do all the exercises i need on one machine. I have lost 9lbs in 2.5 weeks. I truly like this machine, and when i am finish doing my workout i just slide it under my bed. How cool is that!

Perfect for those who shy away from gyms

I'm very overweight, and too self-conscious & have little stamina to exercise at the gym or walk when the general public is looking on. So a versatile, sturdy machine I can use in the privacy of my home is perfect! I hope to join the world soon!

I am 52 years old, I love Total Gym, I use it daily and have been blown away by the benefits and results of use. I work nights so going to a gym is really difficult with the Total Gym I am getting a better workout on my schedule and losing weight/inches! My energy level has improved and I rave about it at every opportunity
