I love my Total Gym!

I was a 54-year-old, very out of shape woman when I ordered my Total Gym. I loved it from the first time I used it! It's fun, quiet, and easy to use. I now work out on my Total Gym three times a week, alternating with a treadmill. I like the fact that as I get stronger, the Total Gym can be adjusted for more of a challenge. There is a wide range of exercises for different body parts, all of which are easy to learn. I am very glad I made this purchase!

The work-out cards should have holes and come with rings. This would allow for ease of use during work out to simply flip the cards over.

In addition to outdoor activities, the Total Gym provides the additional exercise opportunities needed to maintain your fitness level. I use my Total Gym 7 days a week - it provides me the perfect opportunity to destress after a 12 hour day and in addition, it allows me to get a solid nights sleep. I would highly recommend this to anyone

Excellent home workout eguipment

I like the variety to help those muscles seldom exercised. But, I use the "Gym" 3 times a week and I notice the smooth operation slowly disappears. I wonder if the rollers develop flat spots.

I use my Total Gym with my husband as my coach. He decides what I do for the day. Makes it fun for us. I was using it almost daily then had some health issues so not as much now but I'm sure I will get back to it full force soon.

Big surprise in little package

I like how quickly you can change the types of exercises without having to waste a lot of time to setup for each individual exercise. Since we have a small living room so it's hard to make sure there's plenty of room around the unit so you can do all the different exercises. if I didn't have to set it up/take it down each time we use it, I might use it more than just 2 times a week.
