I use the product to loose weight and tone my body. It's having your own gym in your own home I love. Everything is fine with the gym.

I love my totalgym. It is very easy to adjust the height of the machine so I can get a harder workout if I want it. It is very comfortable to use. I use it every morning. I am 57 and I have some stiffness in my back every morning and this totalgym is awesome for stretching my back and actually all of my body. Great product.

This is a great product. The Total Gym was recommended by a friend and I am glad I listened to her. Her opinion was confirmed by another friend who is a retired Physical Therapist. The Total Gym is easy to use and makes that workout fun. The illustration cards enable you to diversify your workout so that it is never boring. And it is very effective without making your daily workout an endurance contest. It is a bit time consuming to stop your workout to adjust some of the attachments but overall it is a great piece of equipment.

i use my total gym almost everyday, for at least 10-15 minutes, time just seems to slip away because your so relaxed and enjoying what your doing. it works all parts of your body with every move you make. it's so easy and safe to use, anybody can workout with it, with complete confidence and gratification. you'll have so much fun you won't realize where the time has gone...

I love our total gym. It's a gym quality workout in your own home. I use my gym three to four times a week and feel toner and healthier than I have in years. The included excercise cards make it easy to work on areas that you want to concentrate on, though I have found the Total Gym Starter Program Guide to be my favorite. I have modified it to meet my needs and feel the satisfaction of a head to toe workout when I complete my program. I keep my Total Gym set up in the basement for convenience, but love the ability to easily store it. The whole family uses it! My son and his teenage friends use it for muscle building, they rave. The girls and I use it for toning and Low impact excercise. It's great!

I love the Total Gym. It is perfect for me. I have twin daughters and a full-time job. I just don't have time to get to the gym. The total gym allows me to workout at home while I watch television and with the twins cheering me on, "Good job, mommy!" I have lost 10 lbs and toned my abs and hips and thighs. I can't wait to see what all I can do with the total gym.

I was a 54-year-old, very out of shape woman when I ordered my Total Gym. I loved it from the first time I used it! It's fun, quiet, and easy to use. I now work out on my Total Gym three times a week, alternating with a treadmill. I like the fact that as I get stronger, the Total Gym can be adjusted for more of a challenge. There is a wide range of exercises for different body parts, all of which are easy to learn. I am very glad I made this purchase!
