Amazing and Helpful Product

I use the total gym for firming and to lose weight. I love the training deck to help you out on the different moves and I also love the Pilates work out. I wish it wasn't as big to use it and to set it up. But, overall I love it and my friend loves her's also.
Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy Storage
Cons: Bulky, Noisy Operation

I love the fact I am getting such an awesome workout in the comfort of my own home. The results are almost immediate. I went down 2 dress sizes in a matter of a few weeks. I workout on it 15 minutes a day five days a week and the results are amazing!!

I enjoy the ease of setting it up and the minimal minutes to get a good work out. I really enjoy that I am able to raise the level to increase the work out possibilities.

I've watched the Total Gym infomercials for years & always wanted to try it but was hesitant. Never ordered anything like this from TV or on line before. The fact that Chuck Norris & Christy Brinkley were endorsing was a strong point for me. And I really liked the fact that you use your own resistance instead of weights as I have problems with my joints. (I'm 54) I finally 'just did it'. When it arrived it sat in the box for a few weeks til I finally got motivated. It took some getting used to cuz it's a little cumbersome at first but anything new takes some time. I persisted & now I look forward to my workouts. You feel it from the very first time you use it. I started slow with the 6-8 minute routine but I wanted more. Now I exercise about 6 days a week for at least 1/2 an hour cuz it's so much fun. I've already lost a few pounds & it doesn't bother my hips or knees. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating is it's not built for someone my height (I'm only 4'10") but nothing else is either! Other than that, I LOVE it!

Looks Easy on TV BUT................

if you're 61 yrs old AND a 'heavy weight' like myself who's hasn't exercised in decades, you'll really feel what this amazing product is capable of. It truly lives up to its name, its a total gym. No longer does one need jump ropes, lift weights or any other exercise equipment. Total Gym is all that and a whole lot more. I've had mine for a month and even though I don't use it each day, I can feel the changes its made to my body. Its strengthen my knees, made my arms/back more flexible so I can fasten my bra alone, and I believe even my waist is more elastic as I can almost reach all the way down to fasten my shoes without straining to stretch. If you love yourself, you'll get Total Gym, even if you don't need to loose weight. Total Gym does the body good, better than milk, LOL

My husband and I are both using the Total Gym and enjoying our workouts. It's amazing that such a full, effectie workout can be found in a single piece of equipment that doesn't take up a whole room in the house all the time. We have been amazed at the difficulty of workout that can be reached.
