Would reccommend to everyone

I love my TotalGym. It is so easy to setup and use. Since I started using my TotalGym I have lost 23 lbs in 5 weeks. I just started by following the startup program on the DVD that is included with the system. I feel alot stronger and I have a lot more energy. The DVD's that come with the system are priceless.
Pros: Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Sturdy, Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Quiet Operation

I like to use the gym moring & evening,the only thing that I dislike about the gym is makes me realise how much more I need to use the gym. I think this is the best thing I have ever got for me & my wife.

I have nothing bad to say about this product! I am totally and completely thrilled to have it. I have lost inches in the first few weeks and have noticed that I am getting more and more flexible, which is saying a lot for me. I have worked out at the gyms before but nothing has done as much for me as the Total Gym, and it is in my own home where no one else touches it! I like that idea so much better. Thanks so much for making it so easy to use, so quiet, so effective, and so very sturdy.

I watched the adds for this for 2 years before finally deciding to close my gym membership and get the Total Gym. I was scared I wouldn't jump start myself to utilize it. It has amazed me that I actually WANT to get on it and get a work-out in everyday. The results are great and make me feel really good about my body and health.

I like the fact that it lets you do things that ordinarily I could'nt on the floor. I find it hard to keep up with the changes and the cd's. I find the machine itself high priced; and not quite sure at this point if it was worth it.

Great workouts even for those on the go

This is a great product. It's got plenty of ways to get your workout. I wasn't sure whether to get this or a X~flex system. I'm glad I chose this system. Its easy to store, slides right into my closet and to better that it cost half what the other system would have cost. It is fairly light weight though a little clunky when moving it you can pinch your fingers and small enough to fit in the back of my car when I'm on the road. Overall I love this thing. It's impressed me and several of my friends.

Cons: Pulley rails are noisey, Noisy Operation
