The Total Gym is TOTALLY Great!!

Do not have to work a long time to get major results. 20 minutes/4-7 days a week makes all the difference.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Strengthens, Sturdy, Easy Storage, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Quiet Operation
Cons: There are no cons

This is the first exercise product I have ever been able to use every day! The 6-8 minute workouts make it so easy! I am already seeing more tone and strength in my muscles!!
Pros: Easy To Use, Strengthens, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Quiet Operation, Easy Storage, Comfortable
Cons: Handles Too Long, Bar Difficult to Attach

I have had my Total Gym XLS for a couple of months now and I love it. I really appreciate the DVD's that came with it and the extra accessories. I am using it to mostly tone and strengthen. The only con that I have about it is that it is a little heavy for me to move and put away, because it doesn't roll very well on our carpet.

This is a great machine! The workout cards and video are a great tool. I feel invigorated after using. I have more energy. The way it stretches my muscles is wonderful. It is an exercise machine that I will use regularly. It won't be shoved in a spare room and left to the dust.

I love my total gym. It is really easy to use. Everyone in my family uses it even my youngest that is 7. My goal was to be fit by 40. I am 40 now had the gym for 2 months and lost 15lbs, lots of inches and feeling better than ever. Did not hit my goal yet, but I am alot closer now than ever. THANK YOU Total Gym

New Knee lifesaver

I have seen the Total Gym ads for years and dismissed them until I had Knee replacement surgery in January of 2009. My Physical Therapy place had a commercial model in their arsenal of rehab equipment and after one use I went home and ordered my Total Gym online, GLAD I DID! The Total Gym makes it easier to exercise damaged joints that truly need the extension and flexion that cannot be achieved without the Total Gym, personally the Total Gym makes basic movements like walking much easier because of the range of motion that the machine allows me, also I have increased my exercise routine and it has helped with my weight loss I started at 464 lbs. in October of 2007 and currently down to 362 lbs I realize that I still have a long way to go, but with the Total Gym's help the trip will be easier.
