This is my second Total Gym... The first one I past onto a friend, then purchase the latest XLS model. I have workout most of my adult life, played college football and was part owner in a gym. The Total Gym, speaking as and adult is without any question or concern the best piece of physical training equipment I have ever used. Why.. because its in one piece. I have and can lost more weight at any specifc time, gain more liner muscle strenght without bulk, tone and trim to a body shape like no other one one piece of equipment which is never put away in my workout area. I'm 54 years old and workout on my Total Gym 5-6 days a week and run 3-4 days as I feel the desire. Seeing is believing and if used properly you will see and feel the results most likely in your trial period. Thirty minutes a day for me is a B-12 shot. t I constantly get comments on my apperance and physical abilities, You can too, just as I have shown numerous friends and family members. Trying is Believing... its only takes a week of serious effort and the rest you'll decide for youself. I'm not here to sell you, I'm here to tell you........... Try It!!!!!!!!! I'm a believer in helping others !

Total Gym is a great product

I use Total Gym 4 times per week to help with strength conditioning. Easy to set up and very effective in getting a workout in 15 minutes. The total gym has helped with my core and strength and allowed me to gain strenght to improve my golf game.
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Rolling system not good

Just need few minutes a day ...it works...really works.My kids love it.....we don't fold it anymore,it's always ready to use 24/7.

The product waseasy to setup but I needed a good amount of floor space. It was nice to have the product moveable. Several times my wife and I placed the product outside and exercise in the sun. Product was bulky trying to move it around, but compared to bench set or a corner set very nice. Cant have everything. Overal 10 point rating 7 out of 10.
Pros: Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up
Cons: Bulky
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Superb Performance

We enjoy using the Total Body Gym, it's delightful! The machine is high quality, is comfortable even at my close to 300 lbs and smooth gliding despite my weight. I can squat and do things much easier than I can with out it. I noticed changes right away in my body and I felt like it helped my body and back feel more aligned. My weight lessened and someone I saw yesterday told me they noticed the changes in my body. I feel that my floppy baby belly finally started moving upward instead of downward. My abs have started to tone up. My legs feel stronger than before. This machine is better than everything we bought in the past, no kidding! I can see how this easy to use gym is going to change our lives.

Total Gym is the one for me

I actually bought the total gym because I am diabetic and my dr wants me to work out at least every other day and I hate gyms. This It is fairly easy to use. The workouts are fairly quick about 30 minutes or so and everything feels good when I am done. Switching between attachments is pretty smooth however I find I am usually so tired I can never pull the pin so that it will fold down all the way so it sits in a corner in my front room. Other than that I have no complaints about this product and have recommended it to friends.
