My Wife and I have been using it as a supplement to cycling and have found great improvements in upper body strength, especially arms and back. It is somewhat difficult for my wife to set it up alone because of it's bulkyness, but we are still impressed by it's many exersize positions. I believe I finally found a piece of exersize equipment that may stay in the house and be utilized rather than making a quick exit to the garage for storage, I have enough "Old Exersize" equipment in there already. Thanks for the time spent engineering.

I walk in the morning and come home to my Total Gym workout. I love the machine for it's easy use and a short work out produces great results!

I love my total gym! It is the answer to a prayer. I was suffering from nerve pain down my leg and in my lower back. I have been to many doctors and physical therapist to address the pain. I was frustrated with no real answer or effective treatment plan. I was sent to a pain specialist for medication,but I decided that was not the answer for me. I watched a infomercial early one morning and decided to order the Total Gym and use it for stretching and strengthening core muscles in hopes of alleviating my leg pain. IT HAS WORKED LIKE A CHARM! I am so HAPPY! THANK YOU TOTAL GYM!!!!!!

Our son is a competitive gymnast, this is great for him, and my husband is working on physical therapy for his knee, so this is great and lo impact for him, and I need toning so this great for me too! We love it.

It has improved my muscle tone and greatly reduced the pain in my lower back. It is wonderful to help a 70 yr old man stay in condition. It was expensive but very good quality.
