"The name says it all"

I definitely think the Total Gym is worth purchasing. I've purchased other products and felt that I didn't get my use out of them and wasted tones of money. The Total Gym is effective if you're consistent with working out, 3-4 days a week within a month I've seen improvement in my legs and arms. I was skeptic at first thinking that I would not see results because I didn't feel tired or exhausted from my workout but after 1-2 weeks I saw that I was getting toned and I kept up with it. I still need some more time to get to my goal with my body but I'm confident to know that I will get there with the Total Gym. Thanks Total Gym I will never spend another dime on any other product as long as your around.

I have worked out all my life and now at 50 I just wanted an easy to use, effective piece of equipment to train on. I am really happy with the Total Gym

Great Total Body Workout!

The Total Gym XLS is a pleasant surprise. I've tried other home exercise products in the past and was disappointed by them. However, I wasn't disappointed with this product. It is very sturdy and gives my muscles a workout that I feel the next day and the day after. The DVD's provide several workouts to chose from, and the cards provide a couple more or the ability to customize. The one thing to watch out for with this product is that if your tall it may not accommodate you. I'm 6'1" and I just fit. I wouldn't recommend this to hard core body builders that want to get huge. However, I've worked since junior high (now 45), am retired military, and I consider the TG workout to be pretty decent for both cardiovascular and muscle toning/building. Over the last couple of months, I've done the 30 minute workout several times a week and am able to raise my heart rate to my desired level during the workout and find my muscles to be stiff or sore the following day or two (depending on the level I use). This is a great product and I do not regret purchasing it. I've regained muscle tone/size and have lost an inch off of my waist. The secret is to get in a routine and follow it!

I absolutely love my Total Gym. It is very easy to use and makes exercising fun. I like being able to move from one exercise to the next without having to change machines. It's all in one. I highly recommend it. In fact, I let my boyfriend try it and now he has one. So we get to enjoy our Total Gyms together.
