Convenient and it works!

I've owned the Total Gym XLS for 2 months and love it! After a recurring patella subluxation, the last injury being a year and a half ago which led to 2 major knee surgeries this past year, and possibly another down the road, this has really helped me gain strength and do some of the exercises I do in PT. Main focus is on legs and abs, and also lost 7lbs already! Just need to find affordable weights to add on as some things are now getting much easier.

Best Exercise Machine Ever!

This is truly an excellent workout machine to have right in the comfort of your own home. There are so many different ways to use the machine, that it is worth the money you pay for. Why pay alot of money at a gym, when you can work out on your own time without wasting car fuel? I would definitely reccomend this product to anyone looking to purchase fitness equipment.

Effective exercise with less body stress

I am using the TGL to help me loose weight. I do my exercises using the cards. The videoes are to fast for me(As I have alot of weight to loose. I have been using the TGL for 3 months. I am a member of weight watchers and it is hard for me to do some exercises, due to arthitis and several herinated discs in the back and neck. The TGL makes excercise very easy and doesn't irritate my body the way working out at the gym does. I have been working out about 3 months and have lost 40 LBS. This is a wonderful way to get exercise without straining your body.

I have owned several brand name weight machines in the past but I feel that the total gym has the best leg exercises. I feel much safer doing squats on this machine. The upper body workout is great also. I love the way it stores so compactly. I am 50 years old and feel this machine has much less stress on my joints than the others.

Great product,used for the first 3 weeks and had started seeing results and overall feeling better. I am what they call morbidly obese, and this is easy enough for someone like me to start, it's also challenging enough for my husband who is pretty fit. Thanks

I have a severe back injury and everything I had tried up to this point just caused me more pain. The total gym makes exercising for me fun and mostly pain free. I started out using it everyday but then my elbows and wrists were really bothering me. I went to see my doctor and he also has a total gym. He told me to back off to every other day and take things more gradually, I had the level pretty high and was really pushing myself. After backing off to every other day and lowering the level, I'm at the level where I want and need to be - my strength is better than ever and while my back is still bothersome the total gym is giving me strength in my abs, core and leg muscles that weren't possible with any other exercise program or machine - thanks total gym creators for making something that works great and doesn't cause additional pain!
