I thouroughly enjoy having this product at home. It sure beats going to the gym with 100 other people! I can watch my dvr shows and exercise at the same time. It totally works every part of the body. I have recommended this product to family and friends!

I like the product because it is easy to operate and it works all major muscle groups. I also liked it because it not only tones and strengthens but stretches your muscles as well.

When I first used it I didnt think I was going to use it much and it was not going to work for me but it feels better then going to the gym and I can use it what ever time I want know I dont have to rush because of gym hours. I really love it!!!!
