I love the 6-8 minute workout. There really is no excuse not to get some training in 4-6 days/week with this system. The total gym is easy to use and I can get it done quickly.

Perfect for my schedule

Perfect for my needs. I have a busy schedule and cannot give up hours per day for working out. With the total gym, I only do about 20 minutes a day and feel great. I've been using it for 8 weeks straight, and even my girlfriend notices the difference. I've become more toned, but best of all my body feels loose and relaxed - I build up a lot of tension especially on my back working on patients all day.
Pros: Easy To Use, Comfortable

I use it for my abs and my thighs especially. My husband likes it to build upper body strength and muscle.

I purchased Total Gym because I don't like the atmosphere of most gyms. I like the convenience of working out at home, privately! The videos are very helpful! With my schedule and dislike of social workouts this is PERFECT!!! No spotters, no lines, no smelly locker rooms, no unhelpful desk clerks! So good for the stress level in so many ways!

Terrific Product!

As with all new things, a little practice makes this unit very easy to use. I have vinyl floors and discovered it does not roll easily in setting up and storage because it slipped on the floor. I just moved it to the wall and used the wall as a brace, and it worked perfectly every time! I especially like the workout cards and have now progressed to mixing and matching my own set according to the exercises I enjoyed the most. I have not gotten to the Pilates portion yet, but am working to that end. Oh, BTW, I am 59 years old and about 50# overweight, although I live on a small farm and therefore am fairly strong. I would recommend this unit to older adults as this is an excellent product for strength training and was one of the biggest reasons for buying it. Only regret is that I do not have a place big enough to set it up permanently, so I do have to set it up each time I use it - small inconvenience, though. I was afraid to buy over the internet - sight unseen - and was overjoyed at how sturdy and well built the frame is considering I am not as flexible as I used to be and getting on and off was a bit of a challenge until I got some practice at doing that and making the incline changes. Extremely easy to use; the cards are FABULOUS!

I used to see advertisements for the total gym, and did not think it was very impressive..It looked to easy to use with no weights..Well I now use it 6 days a week and am a very satisfied customer..I do not have a single complaint.. It is worth the price and will definetly keep you healthy..At 57 I am getting rid of excess flab and becoming much more health..

I've had my TG XLS for exactly 2 months now, and I just love it! So far, I find it to be everything that TG purported it to be. I am a 52 yo female who knows the importance of daily exercise and good fitness, so I use it at least 5 times per week. Although sceptical at first, my husband is using it now too. I have already recommended the TG to friends. I trust that in the coming months/years, it will continue to live up to my expectations and its promise.
