I've never been a very athletic person and this machine is just what I needed to develop a workout routine that works for me. I've found this product to be easy and enjoyable to use. The workout dvds and deck of exercise cards have been very helpful- there are so many exercises I still haven't tried them all! I would recommend this machine to anyone desiring the convenience of a great workout in the privacy of their own home.

I absolutely love its portability and overall cost savings by eliminating gym membership fees. And most of all - I love being able to exercise whenever I want!

I use the product to strengthen my muscles and core as I want to begin running, it is great, low impact on my knees and ankles

When you want a serious workout .....

It's a great and simple machine. The videos are useful, esp for form. Afterall, no one is there to crack on you if your form is poor. Watch the vids and make it happen. Since it's all inclusive (so to speak) you have to make adjustments from time to time (e.g. height adjustments), but deal with it -- it gives you a breather and makes you move around a little before the next exercise. It's not cheap, but it's well-made. I like the replacement part availability too. Hey, I'm a dude, but it still would've been cool to see Chuck in the vids!

Never too old to wise up

I am 57 years old and way out of shape,so I have gained a lot of weight over the last few years. I have 6 beautiful grandsons and my 9 year old Hunter came to me and said he loved me so much and would I please quit smoking and get healthy so I could see him grow up. After a lot of tears I decided I had to do more than quit smoking to be healthy. So I reseached and this Total Gym seemed to be my way so I would not hurt myself in getting back into to shape. I got the Gym and then 2 weeks later had surgery so I have only been able to use it for 1 week now but I have lost 3 lbs and I know it is working ,my muscles are sore and I feel great about doing this program. Wish me Luck. My age is 57, starting weight is 243lbs and I am 5'8" tall so I have a lot to lose. Love you Chuck and Christy you make me want to do this for myself and my grandsons.
