An important part of my road to recovery

I am in the US Army but I have been ill for the past four years so my muscles have deteriorated tremendously. And the Total Gym has become an important part of my recovery plan, for my life as a whole but also for me to continue to serve in the Army. I have found that it is very low impact and is very versatile. It has allowed me to work at my own pace to increase my strength gradually. On my "good" days I can do strength training exercises with very controlled reps and movements without risk of tearing muscles, tendons or joint cartilages. On my "bad" days, when I normally would have no strength to lift even a 5-lb weight (when I'd sometimes lose my grip and drop the weights!), I can still use the TG to do stretches without fear of hurting myself. I am surprised to discover how much a part of my life it has become. I truly hope be able to use it at its full potential in a year's time. But, in the meanwhile, I am just happy there is something I can do for my recovery that does not involve more medications! I am so glad I decided to get the Total Gym!

A total body workout in a small package¡

Total gym is easy to set up. The exercise chart and cards let me set up my own routine right away working all muscle groups. I took a chance ordering online without trying it first and could not be more satisfied.

I love that I can customize my workout by selecting the level that I want to workout at. I can make it as easy or as hard as I want it to be.

I use the Total gym 4 days per week. It keeps my attention by the many different exercises that are possible and I watch TV or listen the radio while I am working out. It makes the time pass by and the workouts more enjoyable. It seem as though I just get started and next thing I know I have completed my workout. It is fantastic. I wish I tried the Total Gym years ago whem I was younger. I am 57 years old and I feel 20 years younger since I started working out on the Total Gym.

So Happy With This Product

My shift at work starts at 5AM. Before getting my Total Gym I could not exercise consistently. Now I am able to do a workout every morning before work. I have so much more energy and I have lost 12 lbs already without changing my eating habits. Just by exercising consistently on my Total Gym. I am begining to see definition return to my muscles and I LOVE the stretch I get using this machine. I have it set up in my living room full time and even after I do my morning routine on it when I get home from working 12-14 hours as a nurse all day I just lie down on my Total Gym and do light stretching exercises while watching my favorite show. I sleep so much better and wake up more relaxed. I am so Happy I got this Total GYM

Every Morning I get up and do the pilates workout then into strengh training. So easy to switch from one exercise to the other, easy on the joints and knees. Before you know it, you have toned your arms and legs.
