I love this excercise machine!!! I've wanted one for years but couldn't afford it until this year. As soon as I got it I took it out of the box and tried it out. It is amazing all the things you can do on the Total Gym!!! It's easy to put away and take out. It slides right under the bed. I prefer to leave it up because I try to use it every day and i have the space for it. This machine is Awesome!!!

I USED FREE WEIGHTS FOR MANY YEARS. I'M NOW 55 & HAVE SOME JOINT PAIN ISSUES, INCLUDING CARPAL TUNNEL. THE XLS ALLOWS ME THE FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT & LOW STRESS ON MY JOINTS THAT IS ENABLING ME TO GET BACK INTO SHAPE.

I am training with the total gym to tone my body and get into shape. The setup is very easy and the exercises flow quite nicely. I am starting to feel better than I have in years and plan to continue using my total Gym XL.

Even my husband was amazed how the XLS was already assembled. Needed to tools and so easy to switch from one exercise to another.

I love how easy it is to change settings to do differant exercises. I watched the tapes and tried the exercises on the cards and picked the excercises that suited my purpose instead of someone elses regimen. My husband used to work out on the bowflex with my son in law and he said he gets a better work out on the total gym and it is much easier to use. I recommended it to a friend and she purchased one two days ago.
