Very satisfied with our Total Gym

My sister and I have been using the Total Gym for about a month now, and have noticed a marked improvement in our overall strength. We forgot to take measurements, but the clothes are definitely looser, and we have each lost 10 pounds (combined with a healthy diet, of course ;-)).
Pros: Comfortable, Sturdy, Quiet Operation, Easy To Set Up, Strengthens, Easy To Use

Everything is great about this machine! There's no wrong way to excercise on it. If you're a frequent user, I recommend that you set it up in a stationary place though. I'm a person with very little time. So when I need to sneak in an excersise, I need to be able to do it right away and go. To me, storing it detours me from using it. Maybe that's just me. I guess it could be you too. Other than that, it's one the best investments that I've ever made! My wife and I just love it!

My wife and I both use the Total Gym. The range of exercises and effort is totally extreme. I am particularly impressed with the beneficial impact on the core. I bought the Total Gym because I felt it would benefit my core strength. My expectations were too low. Great machine. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Love my Total Gym!

I use to be a rare exerciser, since I received my Total Gym I am a Frequent Exerciser. I LOVE how easy it is to use. The videos that come with it are great I use them all the time. You work at your own level and I have lost pounds and inches since I began using the Total Gym. I would recommend it to everyone I know. I had back surgery 4 years ago and it doesn't bother my back at all, which I was concerned about before I bought it. I would like to see more exercise videos made, I keep forgetting to check the website to see if they have more, and I definately want to get the bicycle attachment in the near future. I bought a refurbished model and you would never know it had been used before. It is absolutely the best thing I have ever done for myself. Thanks Total Gym! You Rock!

ITS THE CRACKER JACK PRIZE AND MORE

I just hit the big 50 and have wanted to keep fit, but with the economy so bad I couldn't afford any memberships to any of our facilities here in town. I went on line to look up diffrent excersise machines and compared everything from pricing, setup, easy or difficult exercises, and hands down the Total Gym won. It took me 10 minutes to set it up and NO TOOLS REQUIRED. The videos, the excersises, the wall chart were everything I wanted and more. I was 150 pounds, now I'm down to 139. My goal is 130. I'm getting there slowly but surely and I am very happy. Thanks for such a wonderful affordable machine that I proudly display in my office. I won't go anywhre else, or use any other machine.
