Switching the levels and pins is a bit of a pain. But it must be done. I have tendonitis in the elbow --so unable to use upper body
Pros: Sturdy, Comfortable
Cons: Hard To Set Up, Bulky

I USE THE TOTAL GYM AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK MORE IF I HAVE THE TIME. I LOVE ALL THE DIFFERENT EXERCISES THAT YOU CAN DO ON THIS EQUIPMENT. I'M STARTING TO SEE RESULTS IN TONING AND GETTING STRONGER. THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS THE SIZE OF THE EQIPMENT AND ITS HARD FOR ME TO FOLD UP FOR STORAGE. HOWEVER, I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TONE UP AND LOSE WEIGHT AS I DO.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Easy To Use, Sturdy, Strengthens, Comfortable

This was very easy to set up and very easy to use after watching the DVD. Im very impressed with the Total Gym. I checked with a few personal trainers and they all agreed that it's a great piece of equipment, I think you can find a cheaper counterpart but being able to fold this up to store is worth paying a little more.

Best piece of excersise equipment

I use the product almost everyday. I use it for strength training. I rotate upper and lower body daily. The total gym is perfect for me to use when I want to. I have greatly increased my strength in just a few weeks and I'm really starting to see results in my body. This is the best workout machine I have used. I like it much better than weight machines andI feel much better after my workouts. I use it with my treadmill and I'm getting theresults I have'nt gotten with other machines. Love it.

Total gym is great. you don't have to go to the gym and you can excersise in the nude if you want to. It's great. and the easy monthly payments (without interest) is a wonderful reason why anyone can afford one. Thanks TOTAL GYM a dynamic invention!

I work out on the Total Gym 6 days a week. It really works you out in a very short time. My wife and I are totally satisfied with the machine. The machine is very easy to set up and take down and really tones you up with very little time invested compared to going to a workout facility. Great for busy people on the go. Highly recommend it.

I'm a 41 yo, 5"8", 118 lb female! I dont want bulky muscles; I just want to maintain my tone, fit body. This is the perfect machine for that! It still amazes me how many different exercises can be applied on this one piece of equipment!
