Compact but like having a whole gym!

My husband & I had a gym membership. We had to drive there, wait for the machines, etc. It just took too much of our time & money. With this, you're buying quality equipment & have it at home to work out when you want! It can't get any better. I did alot of looking around before getting this. I'm so glad I did decide to purchase the Total Gym. I read where some people complained because after a year of use they had to replace the gliders. Well, it's no different then taking care of anything else. It won't last forever & the savings of replacing that compared to gym memberships is awesome! So for anyone on the fence about getting this...go ahead. You won't be sorry. This machine does so much it's unbelievable!

I started out as being the occasional exerciser now... I use the total gym 6 times a week.. I'm currently following the body makeover exercises 3 times a week and the 6-8 minute workouts the other three days. I work out in the morning and noticed I have more energy and ready to start my day. The instructors in the video are great. I'm so happy I finally decided to purchase the total gym.

This training is important for a healthy body mind and spirit. The cds. are great to work with. I would like to see an 800 number to ask questions re training. I do mental training while working out to picture the way I want to look and also what the results will be. I see a difference with every training period. I love this product and tell my friends. Also the fact that I got this on sale is an added happiness to this jewish man. thank you to Chuck Norris for being apart of this.

It is an excellent product, but one thing I have notice is when I demonstrate it to taller people, they don't have the board length to really use the product.

I use the Total Gym 5 days a week and I am impressed by the ease and comfort of use. I am 55 years old, and I've used "free weights" other popular home gyms and various other home treadmills and workout devices...The Total Gym is by far the most muscle concentrated and yet the most joint stress free exerciser I've ever used. I am also surprised at the amount of resistance the Total Gym generates--and the range of resistance possible--- to really develope muscle strength and stamina. Way to go!!!!

This product is great. It is very easy to use. You can feel the exercises working, and it is not a huge piece of equipment. I store this in my guest room along with my treadmill and still have plenty of space!

Great Piece of Home Equipment

I love my total gym. I like not worrying about getting ready to go to the gym every morning and being concerned about specific times the gym may or may not be open. I can get out of my bed, put on my shoes and literally workout in my PJ's if I choose. The only thing I would like is more videos for total workouts. The only one that comes with the equipment is getting old and there isn't anything to choose from on the website. I've had to make up my own programs and I prefer to do the video.
