Why did I wait for so long?

In the comforts of my home I have a piece of workout equipment that does it all and stores away when not needed. There are enough exercises (80+) to keep you refreshed and the workouts can be short and impactful. Go Total gym Go!

The total gym is awesome, I workout more now then I did with the treadmill and the ab lounger. Its so easy and comfortable and before I know it I completed a full workout. I enjoy it alot, its a little pricey but its worth it.

I have been very impressed with my total gym. It's very easy to set up and use. I'm able to go from one exercise to another easily without having to change alot of equipment. I love it!

I have tried many "in-home" workout items - treadmills, bikes, steppers - which all gathered dust after a short period of time. But this one is the best and I actually USE it every other day. The workout routine is great for my overall fitness and I look forward to my time on Total Gym. For anyone who is looking for a good, overall workout and wants to use a product that is easy to commit to, this one is for you!

I use the Total Gym for strength training. After only a couple of months, I can see definition in my arms and legs, that I haven't seen in many years!!

i use the total gym 5 to 6 days a week for muscle building and toning and shaping. what's great about it is it's ease of use and setup. and it takes up little space when stored. i have not found any negative's about it yet

Upon receipt of the TotalGym, I began to exercise every day. I once was an occasional exerciser and I am turning into a frequent exerciser. With my busy work schedule, I could not find a consistent time to attend a gym to work out. The TotalGym resides in my living room and now I can exercise anytime of the day that I have a free moment. Although I have only had the TotalGym since March 3, 2009, I am seeing the results in the way I look and feel. A workout to the videos, that came with the package, can take a stressful day and change it into a recharged day! Thank you TotalGym staff!
