I use my total gym every other day. I think it's wonderful that I can easily adjust the height positions and workout comfortably. The training cards are also very good easy to read and understand. I can workout at my own pace and with having MS its a safe, easy and excellant workout for me.

I LIKE THE TOTAL GYM A LOT, I USE IT THREE TIME A WEEK, AND I FEEL GREAT AFTER EVERY WORKOUT, IT IS VERY EASY TO USE. I LOVE THAT FACT THAT IT CAME ALREADY SET UP, I COULD START USING IT RIGHT AWAY, THE INSTUCTIONAL DVD'S WERE GREAT, I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT CHUCK NORRIS WAS NOT ON THE DVD'S, BUT THE OTHER TRAINERS WERE GREAT TOO. I AM GLAD THAT I PURCHASED MY TOTAL GYM AND HAVE RECOMMENDED IT TO FRIENDS.

My kids and I use the machine. I do have ato help raise and lower the machine, but this keeps them from using it without me present. It is suppose to be easy to move and store. The bottom of mine has what looks like rollers, but I can't even move them with my hand let alone on the floor. It just drags across.
