I use it as part of my Martial Arts training.It has help me with my kicks.Able to strengthen my Abductors and Adductor muscles.The Jumping Squats are great too.

I bought the product to work on my legs and abs. I have found many exercises that I enjoy for both. I have found that the machine is a little louder then I expected even after cleaning it. I also have a hard time moving it around by myself. I love that I get a good workout without stressing out my joints. I was a collegiate athlete so all my joints are a little warn out. I feel less stiff when I use the machine.
