Don't be a skeptic this is a must try

I did not exercise much until I received my Total Gym, now every morning while my kids get ready for school I get my total gym out and exercise for 10 sometimes 20 min depending on my morning. Wow I have had my total gym for a month and my husband commented on how great my back side looks. I have went from a size 12 to a size 7 and feel great. I have six kids and have never looked or felt better. I have more energy and my kids noticed; that makes me feel so good. I wish I would have taken pictures before and after. I never thought I could get rid of my baby belly and it is slowly going away, my stomach has never been flatter since I had children. I owe it all to my total gym and I will not stop using it!!

Great Christmas gift!

I purchased the Total Home Gym for my parents who live out on a ranch. They are Retired and have many sore bones from hard riding over the years. In their 60's, doing exercise to stretch lower back muscles is hard for them. Mom took a fall and has a replaced knee while dad crushed two vertebra, all Horse crashes. I am surprised to see how much they use it. Dad everyday while up watching tv. Mom is on it about 4 days a week and both love it. The low intensity, deep muscle stretching that only the Total Gym provides has been great. Mom has been able to stop taking pain relievers for her back after a hard day in the saddle. Over all a very good machine, I have had a few lower back surgeries and the Total Gym helps make me feel better and stregnthens my core. My total gym had a few quality issues, one of the foot caps was broke and one of the foam grips on the pull up bar has a tear.
Pros: Sturdy, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Quiet Operation, Comfortable
Cons: Minor quality issues

With the training videos I try to work out. I haven't used the pilates video yet.

I use it every day, first thing in the AM. My dogs stretch when they first wake up - I took the hint! Great machine! Should have bought it years ago. I recently turned 60 but decided my body didn't have to look 60. My wife saw a difference in me after two weeks.
Pros: Comfortable, Quiet Operation, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Strengthens, Easy To Use

The simplicity of this machine and the performance of it are just unbelievable. I would like everyone to know it is a great rehab machine for those who have had hip/knee/shoulder problems or replacements. In my case, I had a hip replacement and the safety, isolation and range of motion with the Total Gym are absolutely perfect. For years, a shoulder injury nagged me and because of the Total Gym that injury no longer exists. Thank you.

The total gym makes me feel good. It has helped strengthen and stretch my muscles. Even though I have been working out with gym weights for years, my legs are more toned since I started using the total gym about 2 months ago. The total gym is very versatile. Every major muscle group can be worked. The training deck is very helpful in illustrating various exercises.
