Great Home Gym Solution

I have herniated discs in my lower back so I cannot lift weights anymore without the risk of hurting myself. The Total Gym has allowed me to continue doing strength training without having to worry about hurting my back. Bottom line is this is a very effective home gym!

Great workout every time.

We use this machine at least 3 times a week for 45-60 minutes a time. We are getting a great workout that not only makes us feel stronger, but also gives us an overall sense of wellness. This workout, along with trying to eat a health diet has improved our stamina and overall well being.

5 months ago I broke my right hip and left ankle. I purchased the Total Gym as a physical therapy tool. Very pleased with the purchase. The exercises strengthen my muscles and increase my overall flexibility.

I purchased the Total Gym XLS in an attempt to improve my general health and well being. I sit at an office desk all day and have no time to visit private gyms routinely. With this product I received video as well as printed materials explaining exercise routines targeting my personal problem areas (chest, arms, stomach, thighs and cardio stamina). It allowed me to tailor my exercise to my needs. Thirty minutes is all I need to setup, exercise and store away my Total Gym. The types of exercises I can achieve on this machine can be as strenuous as I choose. I can raise a sweat, achieve a beneficial cardiovascular rate, strength train and increase my muscular flexibility all in thirty minutes. The product is well built with sufficient robustness to survive the rigors of daily home use for quite some time. That includes all the moving parts that are subject to wear and tear. By the way, I dropped 17 pounds in the first six weeks of my exercise program.
