i absoluley love the total gym my husband has used it religously since the day it was delivered!i love the pilates video i have never felt better about my body! THE TOTAL GYM IS SO EASY TO USE WE NEVER GO A DAY WITHOUT USING IT!

Getting In Shape Has Never Been So Easy

The Total Gym is amazing! I have never had so much fun exercising!! I use it almost every day and the time working out flies by because it is so enjoyable. The exercise cards and pre-designed workouts make exercising with the Totay Gym a highlight of my day. I no longer dread exercising thanks to my new Total Gym. From the time it is delivered to the door, it takes 5 minutes to set it up and start exercising. You'll learn to love to exercise again!! Getting in shape has never been so fun and easy!

This machine gives a great workout.

Easy to put together and use. Good for all types of workouts. [...]. At first, I was skeptical that this machine would help with a cardio workout. But as I got used to quickly going from one exercise to the next, I realized my heart rate was going up and the Total Gym was helping my overall conditioning, as well as strengthening specific muscle groups. It's great!!

Ease of Use

I have had gym memberships in the past. Unfortunately, with my busy schedule I could not make it to the gym on a regular basis. Of course the typical benefits of the Total Gym are muscle toning, strengthining, and conditioning. All of the things you can get from a traditional gym. However, the one thing that really sets the Total Gym apart from a traditional gym is how quickly and easily I can get a workout in. Now the time it took me to drive to and from the local gym is all the time I need to get in a full body workout. Finally I can work out on my schedule.

Because I work out of my home, the quick and convenient access to my Total Gym is fantastic. I feel organized in my routine, yet have many moves to choose from. I am stronger and firmer, and it is easier to pick up my grandchildren! I don't usually buy from TV commercials, but because I trust in Chuck Norris's creditability, I believed him and made the purchase and am glad I did. My added bonus, my husband uses it too!

I can get in and do a total body workout in 1/2 the time, executing twice the exercises. I love the cable pulley system, which allows so much range of motion for upper body. The pilates & squat accessories are excellent ways to isolate lower body muscles. Changing the resistance is quick and easy to do. The product I purchased is heavy duty and will probably last me a lifetime.

Exercise anytime I want!

The Total Gym is an extension of the physical therapy I had after my femur broke and I had to have a rod put in. It now also replaces the exercises I was doing at Curves before the one in my neighborhood closed. It is available all of the time. I don't have to get in the car and drive to get strength exercising. I have a little trouble moving the unit from 1 to level 6. i am sixty this year and still feel as great as ever! I think it is the new 45.
