For once, a product that works

My 15 year old son and I were able to begin working out on a regular basis. The Total Gym is very versatile and easy to use. Switching from one body area to the next was a breeze.

I am using the Total Gym for strengthening, injury/surgery rehab, weight lost and flexibility. It very easily and effectively replaced my weight bench and barbell weight set which I gave away. The exercises are easy to perform and change from one to another. I am able to get a good workout and work up a sweat. I pushed myself harder than I should have and reinjuried myself by increasing the incline to soon. Word of warning! This is a serious piece of equipment and you can hurt yourself, so don't over do it.

I use the gym every morning- 5 days a week for 20 minutes. My husband uses it about 4-5 days per week too. He switched to the gym from free weights due to shoulder injury. We both love the total gym and are very satisfied with the product.

I use it to strength train, tone up all that weak stuff which is plenty. I have fibro and have arthritis but its not too hard on body & joints.

Without a doubt the Total Gym is as advertised. Bar none the BEST health aid I have ever purchased.We use it six days a week and are eager to get back on it come Monday,even though I will soon be 65 years of age.Thank you !
