I am 53 years old and using this for 2 months. My legs (especially my hamstrings), back and shoulders feel better than they did for many years. It stores easily in the corner of a room.

MY DR. INSISTED I START AN EXERCISE PROGRAM FOR MY OVERALL GOOD HEALTH.WEIGHT LOSS,HEART AND CONTROL CHOLESTEROL. THE REST IS HISTORY,I GOT A TOTAL GYM AND I'M IMPRESSED WITH THE EASE OF USE AND HOW IT WORKS ALL MUSCLE GRPS. THIS MACHINE DOES IT ALL AND I ENJOY EXERCISING BECAUSE YOU CAN WORK SO MANY DIFFERENT MUSCLE GRPS WITHOUT CHANGING WEIGHTS,BANDS ETC. GOOD PRODUCT TOTAL GYM. I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE STRAPS ON THE HANDLES,THEY TEND TO TWIST. I THOUGHT WHEN I PURCHASED THE TOTAL GYM THE HANDLES WERE STEEL,THIS IS MY ONLY DISLIKE. THANK YOU.

Most of our customers do prefer the nylon strap handles however, we do offer the metal handles on totalgymcatalog.com

I really like using the Total Gym--just don't use it enough. I'd really like some online coaching. Perhaps you could electronically video post a new exercise each day.

i use it to maintain my mobility because i have arthitus and a muscle problem that can put me down if i don't get the right amount of movement in my life, it a life saver for me....thank you so very much....the c.d.s are a big help and make it so easy for me to get the right kind of work out for my particular physical conditions...i love it
