I got the Total Gym as a Birthday gift for my husband, we had just found out he had become Diabetic, he was around 95lbs over weight, though we as most people at this time found ourselves straped for any additional cash but something had to be done,checking out the Total Gym was the best thing I'd ever done for the love of my life, FANTASTIC product,easy payment plans, good deals and I am ever so happy to report he has lost a good 30lbs. since his Birthday Jan. 09, starting to really tone up and lookin good! Love our Total Gym... Thanks Chuck!

I use the Total Gym 4 -5 times a week, I enjoy the ease of setting up and running through my work out in 30 min. I have used othe home gyms before but this one is uniqe in the amount of space it dosent take up when not in use. I have not anything @ this point that I can say I don't like.

Use the product six days a week 6-8 minute video-perfect for me, don't have alot of time. Building muscle strength that I had lost. Shaping up, loosing weight & feel much better! Have no complaints about the Total Gym/LOVE IT!!!

What's great about the Total Gym is that even for beginners it is very easy to follow. The videos are great and they are very helpful. I really do like the Total Gym. It doesn't take a lot of time and because of that it gives you motivation to work out every evening. You can truly feel the results.

I've been using the total gym for about one month-working out between five to six times per week and I am beginning to see a differnce in my body.

I use the product to tone and strengthen my body. I haven't been using it very long, but I already feel stronger and more energetic. My husband is even using it. He works away sometimes and doesn't have access everyday. We both just need more time to work out.
