I use the Total Gym for general toning. I enjoy using it while I watch TV.

Everythings been great, my young daughter uses it as well as I and it's easily changed so we can work out together. Definately the best part of this machine is being able to do multiple exercises from one position

This is a great machine. The first I've owned that my wife likes as much as I do. The ease of use and range of exersizes makes it a good machine for both of us.

I use my Total Gym almost every day. I have only had it for about 1 month and I can already see a difference in my body. I have a small appartment, so it does stand out a bit, but it is worth it.

I truly like the Total Gym, but I haven't seen results yet. Still going to continue using it in hopes of seeing a difference.

I use the total gym every morning before I shower and get ready for my day. Love it, takes a short time to use. And feel I'm getting a total workout. I'm still on the beginner routine, however I have moved up to level 3 on the first few exercises. The only thing I don't like about it is the price. I think it is a little expensive for the average person to purchase.

Phenomenal Workout Machine

I first purchased the Total Gym when I was an amature body builder and body building judge. My fitness career spans anywhere from aerobic instructor, physical therapist, and weight training instructor, to nutrition expert. I've been employed in gyms and health food (and I mean "food") stores. I am now almost 50 years old. I currently have a Ph.D. in psychology and am employed as a drug and alcohol counselor, but I have continued to work out for 30 years, using one form of exercise or another. Most recently, I've added palates to my aerobic and weight training regime. The Total Gym provides the owner "no limits" in terms of versatility. I was so thrilled to see the addition of palates and the cyclo trainer. Obviously, I'm just sooooo impressed with this machine. All I can tell you is that I really wish I would have come up with the idea myself. I've used a lot of equipment throughout my lifetime, and this machine is "bar none" the best!
